This policy covers the Editor for Statamic iPhone app, the Editor API addon and this website, charlierconsulting.eu.

The app

Editor for Statamic collects no data. It contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDK. The app talks only to the Statamic site you configure, using the credentials you enter, and to no other server.

Your site address, your Statamic credentials and the access token they produce are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. Offline drafts are stored on your device until you send them, and are deleted with the app. Nothing leaves your phone except the requests you make to your own site.

The Editor API addon runs on your own server. Whatever it stores (tokens, working copies, revisions) stays on that server, under your control, subject to your own site's policy.

This website

This website uses no analytics, no tracking and no external fonts or scripts. It sets a single technical session cookie, required to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery. That cookie contains no personal data and expires when you close your browser.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, e-mail address and message you enter are sent by e-mail to Charlier Consulting. They are not stored on this website. They are kept in the support mailbox for as long as needed to answer you, then deleted. They are never shared with anyone else, and never used for anything but answering you.

Hosting and transmission

This website is hosted by Fly.io in the Paris region. Like any web server, it keeps short-lived access logs (IP address, requested URL, browser identification) for security purposes. E-mails from the contact form are transmitted through Resend, an e-mail delivery service, which processes them on our behalf.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you — which, in practice, is limited to the e-mails you sent us. Write to support@charlierconsulting.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
